
Terms and Conditions
At Freya Esthetics, we understand the importance of creating a safe environment for all who come through our doors or visit our website. To ensure that we adhere to lawful regulations as well as maintain a strict code of conduct, we ask that our clients abide by our set of terms and conditions.

Bookings- Please aim to book your services at least 12 hours in advance. Any last-minute requests will need to contact Kenzie directly.
​
Cancellations- We require a 12-hour notice for all cancellations/ re-bookings. If you have an emergency and need to cancel within the 12 hour window, please contact Kenzie directly.
​
No shows- If you do not show up for your appointment and do not communicate with Kenzie, you will be given one more chance to book in, and if you do not show up again, you will be asked not to re-book. We request that you respect our time as we aim to respect yours.
​
Arrival time- We ask that you arrive 15 minutes before your appointment to allow appropriate time to complete the necessary paperwork and use the facilities.
​
Late Arrivals- If you arrive any more than 15 minutes after the scheduled appointment time commences, it will be up to the provider to decide to proceed with the service or re-book your appointment.
​
Provider Sick- It is our priority to ensure that our clients are healthy and happy. If the service provider is feeling unwell, it will be within our authority to cancel/ re-book your service.

Inclusion- Freya Esthetics serves all genders, ethnicities, ages, and abilities. We require our clients to show respect to one another in our space.
​
Gratuities- Gratuities are not included in the service cost and are considered an 'extra.' While it is never required OR expected, it is ALWAYS appreciated.
